The Law of Attraction and Quantum Physics - Understanding Attraction Law Secret Universe

The Law of Attraction and Quantum Physics are closely related. The Law of Attraction states that we manifest reality through our thoughts and intentions. And not surprisingly, the Law of Attraction can be explained by quantum physics.

Currently, the most overlooked and misunderstood branch of science is quantum physics. Quantum physics looks deeply into the fabric of our reality and attempts to explain how the micro affects the macro and to understand the
secret of law of attraction.

While quantum physics is still not complete, due to the lack of tools to see deep enough to know everything, what have been discovered so far is sufficient to understand the law of attraction in the thought world

One of the most interesting discoveries of quantum physics is that matter can behave like a particle or a wave. Let me explain. A particle is solid matter - it can only be in one place at a time, and you can always pinpoint its location. A wave, however, is not a finite point.

Now what quantum physics found is that when firing very small particles called electrons through two slits, if the electrons were observed while going through the slits, then they acted as particles. Each electron picked one slit, went through it, and hit the screen on the back.

The result after firing hundreds or thousands of these was a two-slit pattern. However, if the electrons were NOT observed while going through the slits, they created a large interference pattern on the screen behind, which is the pattern caused by a wave. In addition, the pattern showed interference from the slits, which further proves that the electrons passed through the slits as a wave, and not as solid particles.

So what does that mean for us?

Our act of observation, thought, and emotion affect the world. When scientists attempted to watch an electron and decide where it would go, they found that wherever the observer expected it to show up is where it would show up. The implications of this are equally huge - our expectations, thoughts and beliefs literally form the world around us on a subatomic scale!

Obviously, the ability of our thoughts, emotions, expectations and beliefs to influence, alter, and create reality is exactly what the Law of Attraction is teaching us. Now that you have a little scientific background, maybe you can put your current beliefs aside and try it out. If someone told you that you could have everything you wanted, would that at least be worth a try to you? Suspend your disbelief, and be amazed!

The Importance Of Continued Personal Development

We are all unique individuals having different personality types. Some are more enthusiastic when it comes to learning new things compared to others. However, we are all capable of motivating ourselves to face challenges as well as gaining new experiences for our continued personal development.

In terms of career opportunities, outstanding managers endeavour to improve themselves so as to be ready to face this fast changing world. They are aware of the significance of continued personal development.

Continued personal development helps in improving the knowledge that you have. This is mainly because continued personal development is an experience wherein you can achieve self-awareness as well as self-improvement.

If you want to engage in self development, you should be open to changes and challenges from people around you. You might as well ask yourself these questions, What is my comfort zone? Am I ready to let go of it for the sake of self-improvement? Am I willing to accept and learn new things as well as listen to fresh ideas from other people?

Then, ask the help of those around you, your employees or team members, to motivate and encourage you by asking challenging things and question your decisions in order to compel you into considering other perspectives. Do not forget to thank them for helping you out in your quest for self improvement.

To learn more is to gain more knowledge and skills. The skills and knowledge you have gained may be a big help to be successful in your line of work. Keep in mind that past experiences and knowledge are slowly becoming obsolete. For this reason, self development is needed for you to succeed and come out on top of your field.

The most valuable assets that you have are the knowledge you have acquired from your experiences as well as the action that results from it. By cultivating these assets, you can be on top. Improving your knowledge with the help of self improvement techniques can give you the success you desire to have in your life.

You earn more by learning more. Engaging in continued personal development could make you live your life with confidence. When you commit and dedicate yourself to continued personal development, you are continuously developing your knowledge, skills and abilities which could pave the way for your success. You should not be afraid of change, for change is the only constant thing in this world and only continued personal development can make you face these changes.

The power of positive thinking by Tony Robbins

4 Strategies For Making Positive Thinking A Powerful Force In YOUR Life!

As you read what I have to share today you may find yourself thinking: this is just way too simple. And yet, I´ve repeatedly practiced each one of these strategies in my life and found them to be not just easy but also highly effective!

I´m pretty sure the whole concept of positive thinking as a doorway to greater happiness, health and prosperity isn´t new to you. In fact, you may believe in it whole-heartedly - well, as long as things are going well in your life, at least.

If you´re anything like me, holding on to a positive mindset when your world is threatening to fall apart may not be nearly as easy to do.

Still, the self-help gurus are right about one thing. Your thoughts define your actions and your actions define your life. That´s why it´s so important to do what you must to take control of your thoughts and use them to help guideyourself down life´s path to where you want to go.

If you´re ready to set out on your own personal path to happiness, here are four simple strategies to get you started in the right direction... give them a try and let me know how they work for you.

#1) Smile & Be Grateful -

We all know it´s true - some days things go really well and others... they just don´t. How you react to what life throws your way has a lot to do with how you feel.

When you focus on problems, more problems generally seem to come your way. When you focus on possibilities, however, you will almost certainly begin enjoying more opportunities.

That said, here are two concrete things you can do to help boost the happiness you feel:

Smile! Whenever you meet someone, greet them warmly and give them your best smile. There´s a reason why it´s often said that smiling is contagious - it´s hard to resist a genuine smile. In fact, you don´t need anyone else in order to smile. Try it right now. Sit up and put a BIG smile on your face! That´s right - terrific! Can you feel the difference inside? Smiling lifts your spirits and gives you a real energy boost, so be sure to do it often!
Take a gratitude break. When life is getting you down, take a few minutes to stop and think of 3 things you are grateful for. From "big" things like your family or spouse to little things like the daffodils outside your window, practicing gratitude every day can really help you feel better about yourself and your life.

#2) Hang Out With Other Positive People -

Let´s face it. It can be really hard to stay positive when everyone you know is complaining about something. That is why it´s so important to surround yourself with other positive-minded people.

When the people you spend time with focus more on your good points than your bad, it makes it easier for you to do the same.

Cut back on the time you spend with negative people and begin spending more of your time with those who are encouraging and supportive. When you do, you´ll not only begin to feel happier and more confident, you´ll feel a greater sense of personal power as well.

#3) Think "Brilliantly" -

If you´re serious about turning your life around, then thinking positive thoughts - or thinking brilliantly, as I like to call it - is definitely the first step. But for brilliant thinking to make a real difference in your life, you will want to learn from your negative thoughts as well.

First it´s important to understand that ignoring negative thoughts won´t make them just go disappear. Instead, try listening to that negative voice inside you head to see if there is some lesson it´s trying to teach you. Then take the thought and put a positive spin on it for future reference.

Here´s an example; if someone treats you badly and your first reaction is to lash out with an equally negative response, stop for a moment and ask yourself: What else could be behind this?

Sure, maybe that person doesn´t like you. But it could also be that they have some major problems you know nothing about.

Do you see how trying to be helpful instead of berating the other person can actually change how you see the entire experience?

#4) Make Affirmations Part Of Each Day -

When life gets stressful we often think and behave in ways that are more habit than anything else. And oftentimes these habits are negative. So, how do we create new, more positive habits that help us instead of hurt us?

Positive affirmations are the answer.

Here´s a short exercise to get you started:

Think about your goals in life. Now think about the personal qualities you need to reach those goals. If your dream is to earn more money at a better job, what qualities would you need to make that possible?

Now, using positive language, write sentences in the present tense. For example: I am confident, reliable and determined.

Make a commitment right now to say the statements to yourself several times a day, every day. As your subconscious mind begins to internalize and believe each statement, you will feel more confident, more dependable and more determined.

Let´s be honest, if the habit of thinking negatively is what´s keeping you from following your dreams, doesn´t it make sense to simply create a new habit? You have the power. You just need to use it.

By practicing gratitude, hanging out with positive people, focusing on the positive, and using positive affirmations to your best advantage, I know you can channel the power of positive thinking into helping you live the life of your dreams... are you ready to give it a try?

How to Manage Your Ego So You Can Reach Your Full Potential

The ego is one of most self-destructive mechanisms of a person’s character and his or her abilities. In fact if you look at some people who’ve achieved massive success only to lose it all at the end of their lives, it’s almost always a function of the ego that results in this. As strange as the following examples might be, drug dealers, and gangsters in the movies are blatant examples of people whose egos have ruined their success.
There are two characters that really exemplify this: George Jung (Johnny Depp in the movie Blow) and Frank Lucas (Denzel Washington in the movie American Gangster).

If you have seen the movie Blow, you know that the life of the main character is driven by the desire to never to be poor after growing up in financial dire straits. As a result he chooses a career as a drug dealer. Early in the movie, he becomes quite successful, ending up with a dream home, his dream girl, and almost everything you think would be enough in life. In fact every single time I watch this movie, I think “If he had just quit while he was ahead, then imagine how different his life would have turned out.” But, greed, and perhaps the desire to keep proving to himself that he was capable of more, ultimately his ego, led him to 60 years in prison.

The character of Frank Lucas (Denzel Washington in American Gangster) is another example of how ego got the best of somebody who could have quit while he was ahead. Although he was off to a bad start from the get go, even more so than George Jung, there comes a turning point in the movie when the ego of Frank Lucas takes over. In the desire to to keep expanding his operation Frank starts to partner with other people and eventually attracts the attention of the police. What’s interesting to note however is that there is a point in the movie where he acknowledges the destructive power of ego when he tells his younger brother “The loudest person in the room is the weakest.” Yet, he still falls victim to his own ego.

6 signs that you are ego driven
Concern with Approval of others
In his book Manifest Your Destiny, Wayne Dyer mentions that there are three tenets of self actualizing people according to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. One of those is that you should be independent of the good opinion of other people. It’ s easier said than done, but comes with a sense of freedom and liberation that allows you to truly shine. Who you are independent of the good opinion of other people is the most authentic person you will ever be. This is the most attractive quality in anybody, in a world where people are overly concerned with looking good in front of others. Ironically I learned this in a business school class and of all places, the corporate world may seem like a strange place to not concern yourself with the good opinion of others. But if you come from a place of authenticity and hard work, you will be much more well liked by your corporate peers. Self actualization is at the top of the Maslow hierarchy and most leaders are self actualized.

Fear of asking for help
If you are afraid to ask for help, or you don’t want to ask for help because you want all the credit, then your ego is driving you. I made this mistake a few years back when I attempted to launch a job web site for MBA students. In my own bad judgment, I decided to take on the project alone after discussing it with some classmates. The desire to get ahead quickly and launch the site was the work of my ego. Ultimately, it ended up being a failure. If my ego hadn’t gotten in the way, and I had worked with the other students, I would have saved a few friendships and the site might have succeeded.

Comparing and Competing
People who are driven by ego often fall victim to what I call the comparative and competitive disadvantage. Comparing yourself to others is the ego in one of its most vicious forms. It’s a perpetual losing battle because there will always be somebody better and always somebody worse than you are. Even if you are the best in the world at what you do somebody will always be right on your tail. If you keep seeing your life as a competition with those around you, then you will continually be dissatisfied and the ego will drive your life.

The constant need for more
Greed is also a function of the ego. I think if there’s anything our movie characters could teach us, is that there comes a point where you do have everything you could possibly want, and getting more just for the sake of having it is an exercise in futility.

Lack of presence
Ego driven people continually live in the past and always plan for the future. They never live in the moment. They are always thinking of the next great phase of their life, even when this one is perfect. By forgetting to enjoy the present, we set ourselves up to live in an ego-driven limbo.

The need to always be right
This is another one of the ego’s most destructive functions. People who have a need to continually be right are headed for the ultimate downfall. These kinds of people will often get far in life because of their persistence and aggressiveness. But, these are also the people that will fail when they are on the brink of MASSIVE success. Their need to be right will be their downfall and years of hard work can be destroyed in minutes when this portion of the ego takes over. Leaders with this attitude ultimately alienate all those work for them, and eventually stop receiving the kind of input that can propel them forward because they are so adamant about being right.

When you can learn to let go of the ego, the level of success and fulfillment you will achieve will be dramatic.

Only with your ego in check will you have the ability to reach your full potential.

How to Manage Your Ego So You Can Reach Your Full Potential

Top 10 Ways To Manifest Your Dreams

1. Identify your desires. Most of us know already what it is we don't want. We don't want to be poor, sick, or unhappy. Unfortunately many people cannot identify what it is they truly desire. As a result, they tend to get more of what they don't want because this is where their energy and attention is focussed. When you start to make a list of things you really and truly desire in your life, then excitement starts to build.

2. Visualise your desires as if you already had them. Make a mental picture of the house, clothes, job, car or whatever it is for you. Focus on all the exquisite details of this picture. Did you know your mind cannot differentiate between what is real and what is imagined? Research has measured the electrical output of the brain in athletes both rehearsing an event as well as performing it -there was no difference in the brain activity. This means that you can feel good about picturing what you want well before you actually achieve it! This is the difference between 'happily achieving' and 'achieving to be happy'. With visualisation you have all the benefits of achieving the goal well before you actually do. There is no 'when..then' equation. You are happy now, and you are happy then.

3. As you visualise, really feel the excitement of what it is you truly desire. Imagine yourself behind the wheel of that brand new sports car, feel the wind in your hair, the hum of the engine, the roar as you change gears, let the thrills wash through your body. When we send out very strong positive vibrations in a happy and excited state, we attract the things we desire. They appear as if by magic in ways we never could have planned. Not convinced? Does not matter - if you can feel excited about visualising your desires, just the same as if you did actually have that thing, then why not visualise if it feels good?

4. Create a dream board. This is visual representation of everything you desire. It is designed to help trigger positive visualisations of what you desire. It is a reminder for you to focus on what you do want, not what you don't. To create a dream board, get a piece of stiff cardboard and collect photos from magazines, articles, brochures - anything that reminds you of what it is you truly desire.

5. Adopt a habit of gratitude. Each morning and each evening, make sure you acknowledge that for which you are grateful. This will make sure you are in a positive state of emotion, and reminds you that you are already incredibly blessed. This in turn makes it easier for you to attract what it is you truly desire.

6. Write a letter to yourself. Write a letter as if you are writing five years from now, reflecting on all the wonderful things that have happened in your life. This is another way of getting you to feel good about your desires, makes you tingle with excitement and gratitude. This puts you in vibrational alignment with everything you want to attract in to your life.

7. Enlist support. Get together with like-minded people who will encourage you and get excited with you about the possibilities of your manifesting and creating wonderful things. Hire a coach to resolve any blocks about your goals and to help you fast-track your success. Seek out a mentor - one who has already achieved what it is you want.

8. Take baby steps. When you have clear intentions and focus on your objectives, there will be little signs everywhere that your dream is manifesting - like treasure hunt clues. Make sure you take some action to follow these signs - trust your intuition - it will guide you to make inspired choices.

9. Know that it is coming. Whatever you desire, so it shall be granted. Just like Aladdin's lamp, whatever you ask for, you shall receive it. It may not arrive at the timetable you plan for, but it is coming. Your job is to be happy in the present moment, visualise and feel good, express gratitude, and anticipate with excitement the manifestation of your dreams.

10. Know you deserve it. If you have any doubts at all about your ability to manifest, or your 'deserving' to have your desires, then release this negative anxiety and focus instead on what it is you truly want. This is an abundant world, when you connect with the abundance that is around you, you attract more of it in to your life. Every single person has the same access to the power and magic of this process. Do it for yourself and many more will benefit by your example. There is more than enough to go around when we focus on positive feelings.

An Introduction to the Topics of Personal Development

I have spent most of my life since 1998 learning the ins and outs of personal development. This includes the enhancement of physical, emotional, mental and psychic health and performance. Academically we have come a long ways in the last 40 years or so in these subjects.

Physically it is as simple as eating, drinking, exercising and sleeping healthily. There is a tremendous amount of information on these subjects and a lot of it is far more advanced than many of us need. By focusing on eating living foods, drinking pure and nutritious beverages, getting our heart rate up for an average of 10 minutes a day as a form of exercise and having a consistent sleep routine of sufficient length, most of us will flourish physically.

Emotional and mental well-being is increasing in its recognition as important aspects to our personal development. Psychology has come a long way in the last 40 years in helping us to achieve optimal emotional and mental health and performance. In the past 15 years, psychic energy (aka. energy, chi/qi, prana, mana, emotional and mental energies, energies of our psyche/consciousness) concepts have been finding their way into psychology, resulting in exceptional improvements to existing techniques. This growing field of psychology is known as Energy Psychology.

Mental performance is another field of science that has grown rapidly in the past 15 years. Techniques involving diet, supplements, brain exercises and even electromagnetic stimulation are developing as a science for effectively enhancing mental healthy and performance. We are now capable of experiencing extraordinary mental states compared to the past, and there is lots of promise for even greater states in the future.

Enhancing psychic/spiritual health and performance has been a part of human history since the beginning of recorded time. Modern practices are starting to become a science, as the science of this subject becomes more developed. Of particular interest are the confirmations in regards to psychic anatomy (aka. the anatomy of our psyche/consciousness, invisible anatomy, energy anatomy; ex. aura, chakras, koshas, light bodies, meridians, nadis, hara, core star).

Logically, and as practice continues to prove, developing our psychic energy skills (ex. awareness and control of them) is best done with psychic energy techniques (ex. those of Qigong, Kundalini Yoga, Energy Healing-Empowerment), especially when they are used on our psychic anatomy, because it gives us our psychic energy skills. The practices called Psychic Anatomy Exercises, Psychic Anatomy Yoga and Psychic Anatomy Treatments, based on over 2000 traditional and scientific references, are designed to enhance the health and performance of our psychic anatomy in a similar way to how the physical body is enhanced with athletic gym training. If obtaining the benefits of psychic energy practices is considered a sport, these practices can be considered athletic gym training for them, as well as the sport!

As the health and performance of our psychic anatomy improves, our potential to use psychic energy based techniques to enhance our and other peoples psychic, mental, emotional and physical health and performance improves as well.

You can learn more about these practices in their self-titled books or the book Inner and Outer Success: The Best of Conventional Self-Help With New Energy Psychology Techniques, which introduces them LINK.
